The speaker for the July Talk is Brother Jason Wong who started the Yellow Ribbon Project and the National Dads for Life movement. He has witnessed his parents' encounters with Jesus when they were battling with illnesses. He will be sharing with us his personal experiences and testimonies about the glory of God. The talk is open to all BBTC members and friends.
BCCM has invited two Christian Specialist Doctors, Dr Cho Li Wei Consultant Endocrinologist @ Parkway East Hospital & Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore, and Dr Choo Bok Ai, a Senior Radiation Oncologist @ICON Cancer Centre to share health information on two illnesses - diabetes and prostate cancer respectively. We have set aside time for worship and ministry prayers too. This talk is open to all BBTC members and their friends.
No one is exempted from dealing with shocks and setbacks, grief and loss while we are on earth. How does a cancer patient cultivate such a win-win mindset, come what may? How can a caregiver exude a positive outlook while serving those battling cancer? Grief and loss are closely knitted together and inseparable. When one experiences loss, grief is right there.
